Hello, I appealed a rejected submission on June 2, then another one on July 20. I thought i would have had one left but it seems like it didn’t give me on back from June 2. Can Someone help me please.

You are correct that you have two appeal slots, each of which returns 15 days after being used.
The most likely explanation is that you have used both appeals within the past 15 days, but have forgotten.
Check your nominations and filter for those that have been appealed, to see if this helps you remember. Also check your emails, as you get an email when you appeal as well as when the appeal result comes through.

You can appeal upto two contributions every 15 days.
I see that your last two appeals were submitted on July 19th and July 21st UTC. This is why you are not able to appeal now.
June 2nd was the date your original contribution was submitted, rather than the date it was appealed.
