Today my account receive a 30 day suspension. I have no idea why my account was suspended, I have not received an email and when I submitted a ban appeal it just says to look at tos and doesnt help anything. Today I recieved an email that said a nomination had be rejected and when I went to check it it said I had a suspension so I went to PoGo and it to said I was suspended. But I dont think you can be suspended for having a nomination get rejected. I had a warning a couple months ago because a couple of pokestops in game that I had submitted were deleted which they should have been but when I submitted them the structures were there but they got taken down so I shouldnt have gotten a warnibg for that either but didnt think to much of it because I submit pokestops that are in the right place and dont abuse the system but today I really regret not saying anything because I am suspended now for again no reason. Please if someone else has been in this situation or knows how to dispute this with Niantic so I can start playing again especially because I am a Community Ambassador and would like to keep playing a growing my community. Did you check your junk mail to see if the ban email ended up in there? Have you ever used a different email address in the past?
Keep in mind that this may not be Wayfarer related; you can receive a ban from one of the games. Nominations are rejected often, so I find it hard that that could cause a ban.
You can appeal from the email . There is no other way imho. The email will show reason for your ban.
And yea rejection is common. You shouldnt get banned for it unless you make abuse like kept on submitting low quality submission incorrect location, or fake nomination
They didn’t receive a ban email, just an email that a nomination was rejected. Also, there are links for each game/service to appeal a ban on their online help pages.
What is your login method?
That wouldn’t matter. There seems to be an issue right now with Safari, but with a ban, login would give a message that they cannot access any games/services.
If you receive email about 1st warning couple months ago and nothing change, then you should receive 2nd warning email as well. I will let niantic /scopely answer then
Yes I checked everything in email spam and all and nothing is there, I havent used another email address. Pretty sure it wayfarer related because there is even less of a reason for me to get suspended in PoGo.
I resubmitted a nomination because the first time it had glare and it got rejected then just resubmitted it and and it got rejected but I donk know why because I was suspended before I could see
Ya never received an email for the first warning either just an in game thing that said I had a warning when I would open PoGo
U should receive something like this. Then how do u know u got 1st warning because deleted pokestop?
I can still see what you posted in your reply to me. Right now, you may just have to wait for staff to send you a DM with more info. Again, this may not be Wayfarer related, and if so, there won’t be much that can be done by Wayfarer staff.
Because the pokestop was deleted and I got the popup on the same day so I assumed it was because of that but bever got an email
A Wayspot being removed may not cause a ban, unless the Wayspot in question was abusively added, i.e. was a fake nomination, used 3rd party photos, or was at an inappropriate location.
Again, this may not be Wayfarer related. If you get a ban from PoGo, it would also ban you from Wayfarer and other games/services. Just wait for staff to DM you with more info.
