Looks like an import for a Power Spot. You can report these using the Report button and leave a comment, or you can use help chat or Reporting Abuse link to report. Being in the middle of the street is an unsafe area, so reporting as abuse would be fine here, as that’s against criteria.

Well my research indicates the business no longer exists either. But that could just be my research 
I’ve found Power Spot imports in the middle of the road for businesses that could never exist there. One was for a photographer that was in the middle of a busy interstate highway and a busy city street. Never even heard of the photographer, and it could have been a home business.
