I can't appeal

I can’t appeal any submission since 8 december. The "appeal” button doesn’t appear. I tried by phone and PC and It doesn’t appear.

Are you sure that you haven’t used appeals since the date you specified.

The correct process is that you have 2 appeals, once used they return after 15 days.

If they have definitely been missing since 8th December then you will need to wait for a member of Staff to reply.

Yes, i’m sure. The last appeal was 8th december… The mail of 10 december is a resolution.
