Staff have explained that this message

is just indicates that “abuse” was selected. Ignore those words - I hope they will reword that. Instead, they give you the exact issue in the separate email.

So they found this to be a low quality submission. We have seen several of these kind of emails lately for low quality nominations.

I am really bad at recognizing what single family private residential property looks like in a setting like this. If this is someone’s home, it is ineligible, even if you can reach the outside from a public sidewalk.

I agree with staff that this is not eligible. If i had friends in town, i wouldn’t point this out and say, “isn’t that interesting.”

in realtà i miei amici si sono soffermarti a vedere questo muro e lo hanno soprannominato “la scacchiera”. Per questo l’ho candidato, perché comunque risalta rispetto le altre abitazioni

I agree the shuttered door makes it look not like single-family home (SFPRP), but in this location, it would be good to have proof.

It looks vaguely interesting, so I would be slightly unhappy with the offense flag, but it is simply the exterior wall of a random not-at-all-noteworthy building. Not every slightly-interesting building feature can be a wayspot.
