I am really bad at recognizing what single family private residential property looks like in a setting like this. If this is someone’s home, it is ineligible, even if you can reach the outside from a public sidewalk.

I agree the shuttered door makes it look not like single-family home (SFPRP), but in this location, it would be good to have proof.
It looks vaguely interesting, so I would be slightly unhappy with the offense flag, but it is simply the exterior wall of a random not-at-all-noteworthy building. Not every slightly-interesting building feature can be a wayspot.
