L’opera valorizza la facciata di un’attività storica e non ostruisce il passaggio pedonale. L’accesso è sicuro e pubblico dal marciapiede. I think the main problem here is that your supporting photo doesn’t show the painted door, and the doors of the restaurant are not painted on Google Street View.
If you take a supporting photo from a similar angle, but include the painted door, you’ll probably have a much better chance at getting this approved.
That is distinctive enough that I would accept it and would expect to be generally accepted locally. As @Glawhantojar spotted, the bad supporting photo (always include the POI) and lack of proof it exists are problems. This, combined with people seeing it as just an advert, will cause the rejection.
