I do believe this is a tough submission to review, but I personally don’t agree with the decision of the appeal.

Translated title: Ánh Dương Lake Viewing Area - University of Humanities ( I don’t submit the lake)

- Submission photo:
- On community review: third party + watermark + bad photo.
- On appeal: natural feature
- The description, photo and supporting photo:
The main photo show the anchor shpaed like C, which is the intended location for scenic lookout.
Description: Located at the University of Humanities, this is a component of the construction of the Sunshine Lake project in October 2022. The area is built with a natural stone courtyard and surrounding fence so that many National University students can admire the scenery and admire the Sunshine Lake with many scattered lotus leaves and the new Nhan Van building.
The supporting photo show geotagged photo because I think the streetview does not update yet(before the 5 supporting photo update)
The supporting information: 1. This is a scenic spot designed by human engineering, a place of discovery for many people. Seating Benches 2. On Google Maps, you can see a portion of rock protruding when viewing the salite map, proving that this area was clearly designed for many people to visit and enjoy the scenery. If I have more supporting photo, I could showcase it by image more than by word on the rock, sadly I can only use word to said there is a C shaped for the lookup, but this is the one:
With all due respect, I don’t agree with the appeal decision. There is a clear “area” to look for the view, and the lake is remade with scattered lotus leaves that is intended for view, all of them are human-view. There is also no placemarker, which has no place marker sadly.
What’s your opinion on this one?
