Hey all, I would really like some feedback on this submission. It was rejected by the community then again in an appeal, the justification was the location was incorrect and didn’t match the photos. I do understand the bench seat is not visible on the map as it is under a swap pine. If I try to resubmit is there anything else I should include? Thanks for the help.
It looks to me like a great scenic viewpoint that could be independent from a dog park.
So I would recommend getting a really pretty picture of the bench overlooking the water and try again like that.
Since the community decision was “incorrect location” and the Niantic appeal reviewer was unable to overturn this (streetview etc being unable to show the location is correct), the community decision remained.
You could resubmit, but use the web submission at Niantic Wayfarer which allows up to 5 supporting photos. You can use this to definitely show that the bench exists at that location by, for example, progressively moving further away from the bench to show an area that can be conclusively matched to streetview/aerial images.

Thank you so much for the feedback, yes it’s a beautiful spot, it faces north east and is sunny all day, it is beautiful to sit and enjoy the wildlife we have here in the bay. that’s a good idea I will try the title from the scenic view point on the next submission.
