When I logged into Wayfarer and Pokémon GO, a warning window appeared. I assumed at the time that I had not received the email. I had no choice so I made an appeal “Wayfarer Abuse Enforcement Ladder Policy” and it pointed out that I had identified 5 violations. However, I did not know which submission had committed the violations, so I replied that I could not remedy the situation and asked them to let me know. The reply was that it was due to low quality reviews. After that, I only received a reply stating that they could not respond in detail. I sent them 9 questions in the abstract, and they also replied that they could not respond in detail. If there is a mistake in the way I did my review, I would like to review it and improve it, but I am at a loss because I don’t know which candidate it is.
In fact, in the course of exchanging appeals, I noticed that a warning email was sent to the email address I used for my past Facebook account. However, this email also did not state which candidate I had violated, so I did not read all of it. However, yesterday I noticed that the previous email contains instructions to read the details. But no matter how hard I look I cannot find that “previous email”. Perhaps I did not receive it. So I asked them to send me that email again, but their response was “I can’t give you the details”. What should I do? I would like them to respond to my request to send me the email that I should have received. I want to improve the situation but I am having trouble finding a way to do so.

Have you, by any chance, ever had your Account linked to a different email adress?
The other email might have been sent there.

The email you are attaching was not Google Mail, but the one I used for my Facebook account. But I have not received anything else at that email address either. And I never linked my account with any other email address other than those two, so I don’t seem to have received it.
Identical reviews? I do a lot of those too. When you review lots of similar submissions how else are you supposed to do it?
