It’s so inconvenient for the submission user. If I specify a specific area, I would like it to show me the stops and wayspots around the designated place even if I don’t actually stand around it. Also, if someone submits a wayspot nearby and is reviewing it, please mark them as well. Users often lose time by submitting the same thing here without knowing what is being reviewed and getting duplicate judgments a long time later. The current system is inefficient for both reviewers and submissions, so I don’t understand why it’s maintained.
Nobody is stating the system is perfect, there will also be some minority of submitters / reviewers that are inconvenienced. Change the process and it would be just another group.
