Without a good supporting photo showing the sculture and surrounding area you won’t be successful.
Try GPSmapcamera
It’s a free app that prints the location on the photo.
So it can work for the supporting photo.
Here is an example
You can see the trailmarker on the post, the app has put the location details on the photo to show where it is as there is no street view.
Without that combination in the supplementary reviewers will just reject something that is effectively not helping to prove a location.
I so want these to succeed
When I was doing this way they was straight rejected so I tried this way to see what is going to be accepted which way:joy: instead of appealing all the time trying different ways:joy: later will try with another one again with different pictures m. It’s always good to try
Well the main picture was great on that ant, and it clearly got past Emily.
But if it gets past Emily and then stops with reviewers it’s not going to work.
Yeah keep trying in different ways tbh
Because if it’s not picture, it’s lack of uniqueness, if not that it’s something different
but I re done it at home to see if it will pass this time

So do I. It was nice to see one in review but disappointing I had to reject.
I don’t think the ML system will reject because of the supporting photograph. It wouldn’t make sense to do this.
You did what people have been recommending - got a wonderful close-up photo of the sculpture. For supporting, something like the one you posted above for the bug on a lamppost is perfect. The ML rejected that one basically because the main photo was from too far away.

Please don’t get too stressed by the nominating and the rejections. Just do the best submissions possible. Getting past ML is one thing, but don’t let that mean the submission itself is sub-par.
- good quality close-up photo (like the Ant Sculpture)
- supporting photo showing the sculpture on its lamppost for matching to streetview (like the bug on a lamppost)
- good title (e.g., if you can find a way to cleanly expand on “Ant Sculpture”)
