They sell farm fresh products on the side of the road. This is still a SFPRP.
the POI in question is a metal art sculpture located right beside the farm stand which I can see in your picture provided. you do not need to go up the person’s driveway or even pass their fence to get it. That metal work has been there for over a decade and it’s a great reason to stop and shop local. not to mention it is totally accessible from the road (even with the recent highway changes)

It still does not meet the criteria and is considered SFPRP.
This includes fences and artwork on either the fence, building, or within the PRP. This is the same for the little libraries that are popping up everywhere at the end of a SFPRP driveway, sidewalk, or easement.
