I cannot imagine what they were possibly thinking when they rejected your report, nor when they previously accepted such a clear K-12 school location.

This is precisely the type of thing Niantic has made clear they do not wish to have in their database for any purpose.

With luck, they will take prompt action to get rid of it now.
