Not really looking for input. On the old forum I would note sometimes if I think something is a clear abuse. I wasn’t sure in this case (not gonna describe my thought process), but I believe that Niantic people should also take a closer look at appeals, and if they think something looks like abuse, they can investigate themselves without having us players telling them to do so. In this particular case the POI doesn’t exist at the wayspot location, so the wayspot should definitely be removed.
Also, what I think is abuse and what Niantic thinks is abuse don’t always match (see my examples above), so after getting a few warnings I decided to play it safe.
