This structure is located inside a large wild animal enclosure.

Besides giraffes, there are several types of gazelles, rhinos and antelopes.
You can take a safari tour inside the enclosure, but you have to stay on a truck. Regular people can’t just wander around the enclosure - these are wild animals who may not react kindly to strangers, making this location unsafe. Please remove the wayspot.
Thanks for the appeal, @Itsutsume. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time. However, we’ve moved the wayspot to the correct location.

@NianticAtlas, I once had a wayspot removed from this roundabout located at a college, even though I only wanted to move it:
The reason was there is no pedestrian access and therefore it’s unsafe. even though someone has to go there and trim the grass, do other maintenance, etc, and it’s located at a parking lot in a college, so it’s not a regular street traffic. And here Niantic says that walking around an enclosure with wild animals is totally safe?
I had originally posted that I thought this was a bad decision, but apparently this area can be visited on foot for a $425 ticket: Behind-the-Scenes Safari | San Diego Zoo Safari Park
This location doesn’t seem in the spirit of the games, but would be a fun postcard
