While it is on the edge of a park, it is placed outside the rail fence, facing traffic. I don’t get it.

Although it may look unusual, there is space on the well kept verge to safely stand and open the library.

Wondering is this a question or a real rejection.

It looks like a good place for the community.

It is publicly accessible.
it is safe to open the door.

Not all Free Libraries are faced inside.

Cars can park there! 10ft away from it as you can see the BMW in the screenshot, it also shows a yellow warning sign reminding drivers to be extra safe while driving this area. The little picture of the seesaw is really cool actually wish our neighborhoods had those around here.

Other side of the street also has a warning sign leading up the church entrance.

Thanks for the appeal, @nexushoratio We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
