Street view predates the LFL, but the fence it is against is visible on SV, and appears to be private property. And falls afoul of:

I believe that the block on the post aligns with similar from the wayspot photo. And the same for the various knots in the fence.

Thanks for the appeal, @nexushoratio. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
