Is park equipment a duplicate?

I’ve noticed a few times that park equipment eg swing set, seesaw, etc being nominated for waypoints when there is already a waypoint for the park or something else in the park.
This also happens for outdoor gyms where multiple pieces of equipment or the outdoor gym and then specific equipment are nominated.
To me this would be a duplicate, but I can’t see any guidance on this.

If the fitness equipment is grouped close together I would interpret that as 1 fitness area. Often they are set out as separate items spread throughout a park. In which case each item is separate.
