This is not a complaint about accepted POIs not being added to the game. I’m specifically referring to the map on the Wayfarer website.
When reviewing the Wayfarer map for potential POI nominations, I’ve noticed that some POIs that have been approved but are not currently in-game for valid reasons are still clearly marked on the Wayfarer map. However, other approved POIs that are likewise not in-game do not appear on the map at all.
This makes it extremely difficult to determine which areas already have accepted POIs when planning future nominations. An area may appear to have no accepted POIs on the Wayfarer map, when there are actually approved POIs in that location that simply aren’t being displayed.
I’m also not sure whether this is related to the age of the nomination, the date it was approved, the game it was approved for, or something else.
Is there a reason why some accepted but not-yet-in-game POIs are displayed on the Wayfarer map while others are missing? Or is this potentially a map/data issue?
I’m mainly trying to understand how reliable the Wayfarer map is for determining whether an area already has accepted POIs before planning potential areas for new nominations.
