My cousins Pokemon go account has been permenantly banned after I ASKED for my wayfarer account to be removed as I gained access to my personal email. The email I asked to be removed was a family email account and so the Pokemon go account had nothing to do with the wayfarer account. It would take 5 minutes and for an actual person to review this situation to see that it makes no sense to have the Pokemon go account banned. Any support with this would be very appreciated, thank you.

That’s unacceptable though. The reasoning you gave made no sense with the context of the situation and you have offered no review process in the slightest.
You have not provided any support. You have banned a Pokemon go account permanently after I asked you to remove my wayfarer account so that I can AVOID committing any offences upon getting access to my personal account. I have evidence to support all of this and will not simply accept this mistreatment. I at the least would like to discuss it with your manager/superior
