This is a permanent Ludlow Postbox (Ludlows). These are rare versions of the traditional postboxes and are not mass produced. I have resubmitted this postbox and it has gone into voting (but am expecting it to be rejected for similar reasons why it was initially rejected).

I think the appeal rejection is false as this version of the Postbox / Mailbox is rare and historically significant and is functional.
