las veredas son propiedad privada? NO son de uso publico , si al caminar por las veredas de un barrio no hay Pokestops estan matando al juego. si solo ponen paradas en una plaza. para que caminar ? reconsideren que debería ser un stops y que no
Sidewalks are not private property. They are infrastructure. Being able to access something from a sidewalk does not change the fact if it is on SFPRP (single family private residential property).

The way Niantic defines “private property” is only if it is SFPRP - single family private residential property. You can see a clarification here Private Residences, Farmland & K-12, or by tapping on the tool tip in the review flow:
I don’t see how a random bench would meet any of the eligibility requirements (Wayspot Criteria — Wayfarer Help Center) but the shutter art may if this is a business location and not a family home.
