  • Additional Information (if any): This Little Free Library was formerly a Wayspot, but was removed recently. It is separated from the property next to it by a wood fence and is accessible from the sidewalk. The Little Free Library does not appear on Google Street View, since those images were taken during a brief time where the Little Free Library was removed after someone dumped garbage around it, which can be seen in the Google Street View images. As of 2025, the Little Free Library is still there, as can be seen in the attached photos.

The critical piece of information will be who owns that small piece of fenced off land?
Who erected the small fence around it ?
If it is part of the overall plot that the house sits in then that is Considered Single Family Private Residential Property and not eligible.
If it is separate and owned by the community/public then that would be acceptable. You will need to provide some evidence of the ownership.

Thanks for the appeal, @G1Convoy. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire this Wayspot.
