Location edit of more than 10 metres

When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

• Wayspot Title: Schietschijf
• Location (lat/lon): Ingress
• City: Best
• Country: the Netherlands
• Additional Information: Looking into editing the location for more than 10 metre I could only find this Process Change: Requesting Location Edits >10m which links to a form that no longer exists. The POI is in the wrong location. I made a scaniverse scan of the proper location Wilhelminapark - @wurstdufromage on Scaniverse
  Would this be sufficient information to get the location fixed?
