Hey there, I have recently started playing pokemon go and managed to hit lvl 35 and i was trying to nominate a pokestop but when i tried the tutorial it asked me to sign in which i did but after signing in it says that i hv not hit lvl 35 when clearly i have. Is this a bug or do i hv to wait some time before nominating as i hv jst hit lvl 35 today. Please help!!

Sometimes it takes time and a restart of the game.
Have you tried opening and closing?
And do use this forum to help you make good suitable nominations 
Firstly, welcome to the forum.
Secondly, congrats on getting to L35.
Regarding not being to submit, restarting the game as elijustrying has suggested is the first thing to try. Also, try and see if you can access wayfarer.nianticlabs.com and if you can submit via there.

Welcome to the Wayfarer Community Forum.
You need to use the same login method and credentials to sign in to Wayfarer that you do for the game account. Also, Wayfarer allows only three sign-in methods:
- Sign in with Apple
- Sign in with Facebook
- Sign in with Google
You cannot use the PTC login method to log in to Wayfarer. This means that your eligible Pokémon GO account must be connected to any one of the three login methods mentioned above to be able to access Wayfarer.
I see that your level 35 Pokémon GO account is connected to the PTC login method only. So, when you select the Google login method while attempting to access Wayfarer, it loads another low-level account and displays the error you’ve mentioned.
So, to access Wayfarer, you need to connect your eligible Pokémon GO account to any of the three login methods as suggested above and use that to access Wayfarer.
