My younger brother recently made it to Lvl 37 and I asked him to try out the Pokestop nomination feature, but when he taps on it, it redirects to the Wayfarer website (where he has then logged in) and apparently the quiz is not a prerequisite anymore? Is this a bug or will it take a while before he can start adding wayspot nominations through the PokemonGo app? He does have the feature to review nominations though.
