Additional Information: This wayspot is a visually unique welcome sign that has been in this location since 2020, yet it was recently removed for unknown reasons. It’s likely part of the malicious removals abuse that has been going for many years around this area (faction wars).

Sign can be seen on Google Street View from July 2024, where safe pedestrian access is visible:

if it has been removed from Ingress, which your term “faction wars” suggests, you need to reach out to Niantic Spatial. Wayfarer has no connection with Ingress.
