My submissions have no rejection reason and is insta-rejected after two resubmit

So I have this submission that was resubmitted after 2 community rejections:

  1. First rejection: Face Body(weird, but whatever, probably a mistake)

  2. Second rejection: Wrong location(I mistaken put the pin 1 building next to the real coffee shop, which is a mistake so I fix it today)

  3. Third rejection: I fix the location to be exact the building(after double check for like 5th times), but then I got hit with an “Our team” rejection Instantly, with no reason given. I have tried reloading, but to no avail.

Do anyone know what happened to my submission?

Since the photo could do with a little bit of improvement (the POI is off to one side for absolutely no reason!), resubmitting with a different photo could help. The same photo having been used in two community-rejected submissions might have caused the automated system to flag that photo.
