Just resubmitted using diffrent description and diffrent picture
There are no other way. U should try resubmit with new photo and/or description. If all fail, use appeal. But just for information u have 2 appeal, each with 20days cooldown.

Than you should appeal. That goes directly to inhouse review.
but some ppl say it can take months or years that way
Donāt believe those people 
Thereās no hard time line but weāve observed round 1-2 weeks.

Way, way, way back when they introduced appeals, it could take a long time. The last one I did was decided in two days.
Your results may vary, of course, but they aim for two weeks max:

you only have to wait 24 hours to see if the bot is going to reject it. imo there is no point in withdrawing it if it has been submitted already and is a good-faith nomination.
you have 2 appeals, each on a 20 day timer before you can use them again, so use them wisely. if resubmitting works, then great!
alright then, BTW I have a question. do we only get 2 appeals for our whole account or do they reset after some time?
