New pokestop not showing

The pokestop was approved and needed to wait for 48 hours for it to appear on the game. However, it still not showing up after more than 1 week. How it can be solved so the pokestop can appear on the game? Thank you!!

I have this written up for when I see a wheresmypokestop question. I know the in-game prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the database. The Web Submit form does use the word “wayspot” instead. The Wayspot can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. Unfortunately, the L17 S2 cell is empty with the last database we currently are able to check, which was last updated on May 23rd, 2025. You may want to go to this area and check in-person if there is another stop/gym that’s already in the cell.

I had submitted a pokestop with this location 3.190072, 101.651722 before and it showed inside the game. Does this mean this location is located within the L17 S2 cell so the current one won’t show?

The wayspot you submitted at (3.190072, 101.651722) occupies the same cell as the one at (3.189834, 101.651760). That is why the former is a pokestop and not the later.

Seem like the cell has two wayspots occupied already, following with D1Train sharing the article, yes you can only have 1 pokestop per S2 level 17 cell.
