Permanently removed portal, but notification of that is rejected

So, this portal is gone. Due to the state the sculpture was in, local government decided to remove it.
I have reported the invalid portal multiple times.
I have submitted a new photo, where the sculpture is clearly missing. That new photo is now even added in Ingress…

You appeal it here like you are doing. You should include a screenshot of your email saying the removal request was rejected.
Also for future references. You shouldnt add photos to the waypoint as evidence it was removed, you should save those photos to present as proof here.
