Hello Niantic team,
I know this isn’t directly related to Wayfarer, but I’m reaching out here because I’ve exhausted all options through regular Pokémon GO support and haven’t received a human reply.
My account, Athepro335866 (Pokémon Trainer Club login), was permanently banned for spoofing. I completely understand why. I made mistakes — I spoofed — but I’ve changed.
I’ve submitted several honest appeals asking for just one real person to hear me out, but all I get are automated responses.
Please, if there’s any way to forward my case for a manual review, I would be forever grateful. I’m not asking for special treatment — only for the chance to prove I’ve changed and to get my account back.
Thank you for reading, and I apologize if this isn’t the right place. I just want to be heard.

The wayfarer team will not be able to do anything about this. Your ban originated in Pokémon Go, so it’s the Pokémon Go ban appeals team that you have to deal with. If your ban was because of wayfarer abuse, then the wayfarer team may be able to help, but as it is, you won’t have any luck asking here.
I can only hope you’ve learned your lesson from this experience.

The problem is tjat pokemon go uses bot to reply and do not do anything
Again, this is a PoGo issue, not a Wayfarer issue, so staff here will not be able to help.
Spoofing is against the ToS, and is listed as abuse under section 3.1 Cheating:
3.1 Cheating
Niantic prohibits cheating, and we constantly take steps to improve our anti-cheat measures. Cheating includes any action that attempts to or actually alters or interferes with the normal behavior or rules of a Service. Cheating includes, but is not limited to, any of the following behavior, on your own behalf or on behalf of others:
- Accessing Services in an unauthorized manner (including using modified or unofficial third party software);
- Playing with multiple accounts for the same Service;
- Sharing accounts;
- Using any techniques to alter or falsify a device’s location (for example through GPS spoofing); and/or
- Selling or trading accounts.
It also goes against the Play Fair section of the Player Guidelines:
4 - Play fair
Don’t cheat. Our games are meant to be played outside on mobile devices and create adventures in the real world. Don’t deny yourself or someone else a fair gameplay experience by cheating.
Unfortunately, methods of cheating are limited only by cheaters’ imaginations, and include the following:
- Using modified or unofficial software.
- Using multiple or shared accounts to circumvent gameplay.
- Using tools or techniques to alter or falsify your location (“spoofing”).
- Intentionally exploiting a bug to gain reward.
- Manipulating matchmaking, outcomes, rankings, or any other element of competitive gameplay systems.
- Abusing the refund policy.
- Buying/selling/trading accounts, in-game currency, or items on third-party platforms or any other activity that is in violation of Niantic’s Terms of Service
