This poi stands on a halting place, next to a heavy trafficed road. Cars drives into this haltingplace, and sometimes in quite heavy speed. Not all of niatic games are the same, but the location for this poi is very insecure, since sometimes people need to walk around the poi in a 40 meter radius, wich in this case would mean, walking by foot on a highway. Also the connection towards the pedestrial road and this place lacks marked pedestrian crossing, wich also is very unfortunate since cars on the other road drives in 100km/h.
In my honest opiniom there are several places better for a poi then this. Adding geotagged pictures from both sides as well as sateliteview and real photo of a car standing here. (Not mine)

There’s no requirement that there be pedestrian access 40 meters away from a wayspot. There is only a requirement of pedestrian access to the wayspot, which is well demonstrated by the pedestrian path.

The pedestrian path does not reach the poi. If you look at the photos provided you can clearly see that you still would have to cross the road where the cars will drive. All of them will not drive very fast, but some of them do.

Pedestrians are clearly expected to be able to cross.

Yes, and still, there are no pedestriancrossings, and to be honest we have asked the region to add those since that crossing sometimes doesnt feel totally ok to do. Depends on the time of the day.

The passage thats moust ”dangerous”, is not the one you replied but the other one. Its very hard to see pedestrians from that angle, and thats also the way into this haltingplace, directly from the mainroad. I dont like this poi much since its doesnt always feels safe walking there. And I would never allow my children to go and play games there. (Ofc depending on their age)

Cool story.

Thanks for the appeal, @amaterasu00. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
