Why do sometimes when you put into detail with a place with a Pokemon stop it gets rejected. Or is there no one reviewing in general.

We would need to see screenshots of your nomination to attempt to figure out what it was rejected for. If you go to your contributions page https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/nominations you can screenshot the rejection reason, title, description, supporting statement, and both photos. Location helps us advise, too, but be aware that this is a public forum if you don’t want to share that.
If there weren’t any reviewers, the nomination would not have been decided.
