I understand that you are frustrated, but that is not an invitation to cheat. Niantic has allowed us to explain here the secondary process after acceptance for a wayspot to become a pokestop or gym. I hope that understanding cell rules can make this a little less frustrating for you. And just a warning for anyone reading this post, never use knowledge of S2 cells to misplace a pin. That is abuse, and can get your game account suspended.
