Can you please provide the name of the wayspot and iits location - if you can please provide Co ordinates.
We can then look at and see what the problem is.
The most likely explanation will be that it hasn’t met the selection rules that Pokemon Ho has.

The selection rules for Pokémon Go are based around 1 stop or gym per S2 Level 17 cell. You can find out more about this mapping software and how it is used in Pokémon Go with this article

Is there any way to fixed, maybe moving it a few meters?
As you can see I that screenshot, that cell is occupied as well.
Plus moving the PoI away from its actual location is a form of abuse.
Editing locations of wayspots should only be done to improve their accuracy, not to attempt to make them appear in specific games.
At any rate, looking at the cells, it appears that the adjacent cell also has an existing Pokéstop or Gym, so even if it was inaccurate and was moved, it still wouldn’t show up because it would just be blocked by a different Pokéstop or Gym.
@Yoorobot the wayspot you are pointing to on the left “Om Mural” is a gym in PoGo so not sure why you mention that it does not appear in PoGo. Unless you are referring to the other wayspot present in that cell that is not eligibe to appear in either PoGo or Ingress.
The wayspot you are pointing to on the right “Busto De Felipe V. Berriozabal”, it resides in a cell with a couple of other wayspots that you can see in the screenshot you posted. So it is not eligible to appear in Pogo either.
