Hi, I’ve tried submitting a Pokestop twice now and each time it has automatically gotten rejected and at least on the second time it won’t even let me appeal it. There are similar Pokestops that exist so I’m really confused why it keeps getting rejected. I even tried to make sure the photos were as good as they can be the second time around and described why the POI is significant and what they expect around it. Please help! I’m getting very frustrated by what I think is a legitimate POI for a Pokestop getting rejected constantly
Welcome to the forum!
We get two appeals, each on a 15 day counter before we can use it again. If you don’t have the appeal button, you just have to wait.
I usually will try to resubmit something before using an appeal. If you share screenshots of the nomination, we may be able to figure out why it is being rejected, and make suggestions about either a resubmit or an appeal.

Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear that you are here because of frustration. @cyndiepooh has already offered some very useful information 
I did move your conversation to Nomination Support as I think you may get more helpful feedback here. We have some very experienced folks that are great at giving feedback on nominations - as in great advice about both nomination and support photos, descriptions, and support information.
If you are comfortable doing so, I suggest sharing your nomination here (photos of the different areas from your contribution tab is easiest). Often times we are able to help understand why something was not accepted and/or give tips on how to improve the nomination so it will be accepted.

The Wayfarer list of POIs/Way Points can be VERY confusing. It has had imports of POIs from outside the sytem. It has been and is roundly abused by nominators/reviewer groups. It has (and this is important) had changes in criteria rules which means what was once acceptable is no longer and what was once not acceptable now acceptable. Then you have local community groups who tend to be the first to review items in an area whose beliefs/understanding of the game can differ from another community. So if your reviewers are from somewhere else they may view things differently. Particularly if you upgrade an item as the fast track system will take the nomination to a wider group. There has been AI (otherwise known as eMiLy) auto reviewing. And so on.
So to get the best from the team here please do the copy and paste and we may be able to provide far greater insight into the nomination in question 
I am sorry but some wayspoy might be imported or falsely approved in the past. They are just on borrowed time until someone report them. Each wayspot nomination need to be great place for exploration/ exercise/ socialization category. If you share your complete nomination, we might able to advise to improve your nomination or leave it.
