3 of my pokestops have been recently accepted but none have appeared in game yet despite all being accepted can at least 1 appear?

Why an accepted Wayspot may not be used in Pokemon Go (S2 cells and Pokemon Go)

I have this written up for when I see a wheresmypokestop question. I know the prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the database. The Wayspot can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. The S2 cell use has not been officially confirmed as far as I am aware, but staff has acknowledged there is an additional step after acceptance. As said above and the acceptance email, it may take 48 hrs to sync.

Also, acceptance is not guaranteed for a wayspot to show into a preferred game. Each game has set an algorithm to determine which wayspots and how they will be ingested into said game.
