Additionally to getting accepted in Wayfarer, for Pokémon GO to them include the accepted Wayspot as Pokestop or Gym, it needs to be within a free S2 Level 17 cell, which is very likely why it doesn’t appear in that game :https://pokemongohub.net/post/article/comprehensive-guide-s2-cells-pokemon-go/
Note that misplacement of the actual location just to make the empty cell can be penalized.
If the location of the newly accepted Wayspot and the already existing ones are already correct, there’s nothing you can do

If you would like to give the title and the location of the accepted Wayspot, someone can check the S2 cells for you. But no need to if you are concerned about revealing your location.
