  • Additional Information (if any): This portal was removed incorretly. It is in the national park and meets the wayfarer criteria. There were two portals. One is named Zafer yolu and it is a map. The other one is a monument named Kocatepe. The portal has to be restored. Thanks.

The portal meets the eligibility criteria. The place where it is located is a national park and a historical place. @NianticAtlas please restore this portal.

Please dont tag people. The wayfarer team will assess and respond to posts in this category, but it is likely to take some time. They will base their decision solely on the facts, that have been presented and will take no notice of multiple pleas.

This is a POI that matches with all the values that Niantic seeking for. I believe it will be restored as soon as possible. Also its accessible for public.

There are two photoless way spots in the data base there: Kocatepe Anıtı and Kocatepe Zirve. Is it either of those? (Neither shows in IITC)

Thanks for the appeal, @kornisanci. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire the Wayspot.

Why would you retire the one that presumably had a photo instead of the one that doesn’t?
