Possible dead L17 and L14 S2 cells?

I was out tonight playing a little Ingress and PoGo, and found that 2 possible dead L17 S2 cells that have Wayspots i them. One is a restaurant, and the other is a Jehovah’s Witnesses hall. Both are still portals in Ingress, but their stops in PoGo are now gone.

I’m thinking there was a rebalance, as a Wayspot that was only a portal down the street is now a portal and a stop (Scheels Campus). All of these Wayspots are in their own L17 cells, and 2 are in the same L14 cell, so 1 should be a gym. Could be a geoblock with these 2 as well, so I just want to check.

There is nothing wrong at this location and the Wayspots are working as intended.
