Can you clarify if this is a picture of a lake? It is a bit difficult to tell.
Natural features such as a lake are not eligible as just as a lake. If you a have a point where there is a good view that is a nice place to go to to see the view then that location may be acceptable. There usually needs to be something there to act as marker for that specific spot. For example some seating where you could relax and look at the view.

If there are some seats or a special view point. Could you take new pictures.
Ideally these should show the object that will be the marker and the view.
This is the criteria clarification and it has a few examples of seats with a view.
This should give some idea of what to do.
Once you have a few can you post here for further advice.
