Bom dia pessoal da Wayfarer, estou com dúvidas em relação a recusa de um recomendação de WaySpot, os motivos da recusa foram Negócios Genéricos e Remetente Identificável, vou lançar as informações abaixo:

Descrição: Skina do Bolo, bolo, Pães e muito mais Localizada em Guadalajara.
Descrição complementar: Skina do Bolo, Loja de Sobremesas, Pães, e muito mais, Lachonete e ponto bastante Frequentado pelos Moradores locais e de fora.

Bom, para complementar acredito que esse local atenda os critérios de socialização pois é uma loja de Guloseimas muito frequentada aqui na região, além de Sua contribuição como ponto referencial na comunidade.
Edit: realizei algumas alterações no Tópico para esclarecer as coisas em relação a recomendação recusada e específico, grato pela dica.

For more specific advice on how to improve or why the POI may not fare well for Wayfarer, you can post your nomination here as presented from the Niantic Wayfarer Contributions Management. Others may also express why or why not the rejection reasons are valid in specific cases.
“Submitter Identifiable” may indicate that there are personal items in the image or text that is not relevant to the object shown as presented. “Generic Business” should relate to any business that may not outwardly nor explained well how it meets at least one of the eligibility criteria: as a great place to explore, socialize, exercise; also explained from Generic/Non-Generic Businesses.

Yes I agree that there is no criteria to accept all places that exchange things for money (sell stuff). The transaction doesn’t make it a valid wayspot.
It needs to be a great place to explore, socialize, and/or exercise - and the nominator needs to tell reviewers how it meets one of those three. Unless it’s terribly obvious (but businesses are not terribly obvious).
Based on the picture, I’d guess that it doesn’t have seating - so is not a great place to socialize. You’re meant to buy some food, then leave to eat it somewhere else. If I’m wrong, you could explain in your Supporting Info, so your reviewers will know. A link to the bakery’s web site could help.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your point of view regarding the recommendation, I will take your opinion into consideration.
Regarding the location, I can describe it as relevant in the region, contributing as a reference point, regarding the socialization aspect, I believe that the store meets these criteria, I did not photograph the inside of the store but there are seats and tables for meals, even if small, there are plenty of them.
In short, in my opinion it is a great place to explore and socialize, due to its high reference value and being a local snack bar already consolidated in the neighborhood.

The impact you give to the reviewer will ultimately affect the decision on your nomination. I highlight that text and supporting information will be useful to back up your claims per the link about businesses above.
The description also does not provide much about how the bakery is a good place for socialization/exploration. You may want to answer why it is such.
You might also need outside sources that also claim this is a reference point, it is popular, or it has a merits worth exploring/socializing. More critical reviewers may not take just your word for it.
Fully aware that very local businesses have these sparsely which is the difficulty in validating it.

I understand, Thanks for the reinforcement class, I will highlight these elements more in a next recommendation, I admit that It was already expected not to be accepted as “Generic business” but not as “Identifiable Sender” is included in the list of reasons.
The reviewer(s) might have incorrectly done so because of the business number connected to the banner.
That might recur for future cases but business details are generally allowed if for public consumption. I do not have the link where this was mentioned though.
