Removal rejection appeals - closed Seminary

The Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary was permanently relocated earlier this year. The property was sold to a local for-profit hospital system to be redeveloped over the next 10-12 years. Property is gated and locked and all religious statues, buildings, artwork, etc. have been removed.
