I submitted the first of several requests to remove the wayspots at the former Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary which relocated and sold the property to a for-profit health system.
The entire property is gated and closed for the foreseeable future as the new owners will be appealing zoning laws for years to come. All of the religious statues and items have been removed/relocated included crosses. The site is not accessible and is gated/secured.
Additional Information * there are multiple POIs inside this property that need to be removed. Once the property is redeveloped and reopened any remaining POIs can be resubmitted.
For additional context, the nearby hospital network has bought the land and is converting it into a senior living facility. The seminary itself has moved to a new location, as cited in the first link.
Thanks for the appeal, @Maum. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
Regarding the other Wayspots in question, it looks like we haven’t gotten to this request yet or they haven’t been submitted through in-game. At this time, we only take appeals to overturn decisions we’ve already made.
