Additional Information (if any): This former event center was recently approved as a waypoint, however it is currently an empty building and has been for a while. It really shouldn’t have been considered a waypoint. There is a For Sale sign out front for the building. The doors are boarded up and the parking lot has been blocked by cones. Here is a picture of the current entrance.
I’d suggest getting a good photo of the For Sale sign. Street View from a year ago looks similar to your photo. And I could believe they would block the driveway prior to events. The only thing I really see that might indicate it’s permanently closed is a sign in one of the front windows, but I can’t read it.
