There are agents who delete legitimate portals, due to the fact that the portals simply do not fit them or block them, this is the 3rd time that they sent this portal for approval and in less than a week they deleted it.
what is the red building? is it a home? if so this seems like private residential property and thus the wayspot is not eligible

Thanks for the appeal, @invazorZim. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire the Wayspot.
It is obvious that you did not open the point or you only gave your opinion to say something. thanks for nothing
yeah I have no obligation to look, I was merely curious so I asked. thanks for the rudeness.

As was noted in another thread on this, it’s just vandalism graffiti and not eligible. And it does seem to be on the outward facing wall of a home, which makes it eligible for removal.
A lot of times people will comment on these posts telling the op what we see when we look so that the op will be able to present more information to make their case to Niantic, because it isn’t always obvious to the person making the appeal how it looks to others who aren’t there. @tehstone is someone I am always glad to have point out how it looks to him and his questions have helped me greatly.
