Hi, @tonygaosh! If you have additional evidence to share like articles or emails, please submit a new appeal with additional information and we’ll take another look.

I find this reply quite confusing. What kind of articles or emails are we talking about? When a hotel closes down, there are often no written document on the Internet.

I thought the photo I attached is geotagged, so it is sufficient to confirm the location.

He would like to get supporting documents from you proving that the same address has been acquired by new owners.

Google “Hotel Patina Court” and you will see that it was on “68 Luban Road Luwan District, Shanghai 200023, China” and there were no new comments since 2017.

Maybe you could find something new online, which shows that this address is now something else, and thus the close down of the previous hotel.

Thanks, I never knew that’s the missing part.

This address, 68 Luban Road, has been turned into a luxury apartment building named Fantasia Luwan 68 (link: Shanghai rentals of No 68 Luban Road in Fantasia Luwan-Shanghai Lintel):

More search on the names shows there’s a design award for the apartment in 2021, suggesting that’s the year the transformation was completed:

Could this be enough evidence for the closure of the hotel?

After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
