Great, looks like Google Photos now auto-clear GPS data if you just copy & paste… Maybe this time.
Hm, still doesn’t seem to work. I can see the GPS data on the original photos, upload them here, and they are lost. 
Thanks for the appeal @d3ethsentence After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
