Hello and welcome @niklas2010

Have you some additional evidence that you want to present to help make your case?

Yes, here are a lot of pictures from all directions of the location that prove the spot doesn’t exist.

You need gps tagged photo (gps will be shown in photo) to prove that you are at location. This will help ensure that you provide enough evidence of its removal. Sometimes people mistakenly use photo elsewhere to report removal so staff will need more creditential evidence

Does that work like this, or is there another way I could do it?

This is example

Here are the Pictures.(I only noticed the finger in the picture later, after I had already left. If the finger is a problem, please let me know and I’ll retake the photo)

51.963588,7.564803
51.963478,7.564885
51.963931,7.564459
51.963927,7.564457

Do you realize that these coordinate are not exactly match? You need to take photo from actual wayspot

But I took the photos at the locations to show the entire area where the stop is supposed to be.

Ok only 1st photo is taken a bit far. The other 2 is closer

Yes, that’s because I wanted to capture the entire area so that there is no doubt.

Ok. Lets see if its enough for staff to make decision

This photo (facing the right way) is looking directly at where the wayspot location is.

The other two are too far away (to the north) given how small the POI actually is (you can see the other one to the SE on streetview and it’s too small to expect it to be visible from this distance).

Yea. That is my concern. But it help confirm that op check the surrounding to some extent

What would you do to make it easier for the staff?

You could circle where the wayspot should be in the photo. In my opinion that would help. Since some of your photo may not have direct visual to wayspot (if i am looking into coordinate)

I have another photo here showing the exact spot of the stop.

Now you just need to wait and see if staff decide to take another look and give you a reply.

Good luck.

One last question: Is it common for an employee to actually review it, or is it okay to simply report the stop again with the photos I took? (Last time, I only had one photo without any GPS data.)
